If you need Express shipping, or would like to ship outside the United States, simply send us an email at [email protected]
We use USPS as our primary means of shipping (our main warehouse in Ohio is located in a town with a population of 200, so we like to support our local post office)
Please note that outside the U.S., we cannot accept cross-border returns.
Quality is our highest priority. (Beautiful and unique style is a close second!) We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused/unworn and will be inspected upon receipt. Items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any item returned after 30 days is also considered FINAL SALE. Please ensure your returns/exchanges are traceable as we are not responsible for lost items. Custom and Preorder items are nonreturnable. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please inquire as to details before sending items back to us. Allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
