We use USPS as our primary means of shipping (our main warehouse in Ohio is located in a town with a population of 200, so we like to support our local post office) If you request an alternative form of shipping (FedEx, UPS, etc.) additional charges may apply
Please note that outside the U.S., we cannot accept cross-border returns.
Quality is our highest priority. (Beautiful and unique style is a close second!) We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused/unworn and will be inspected upon receipt. Items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please ensure sizing prior to ordering. Any item returned after 30 days is also considered FINAL SALE. Please ensure your returns/exchanges are traceable as we are not responsible for lost items. Custom and Preorder items are nonreturnable. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please inquire as to details before sending items back to us. Allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not offer price adjustments.
