I am a thirteen year old FEI dressage rider from Ohio. I currently ride a fourteen year old German Riding Pony mare named Gigi. I began riding when I was a toddler with the help of my mom. I had never had formal, consistent lessons until just a few years ago. I quickly fell in love with the sport of dressage, and soon learned about Dressage4Kids and Lendon Gray. I began competing mainly in Ohio and Kentucky, but traveled to Michigan for the Youth Dressage Festival Midwest in 2016 and learned about the Winter Intensive Training program (WIT). That summer I applied for and was selected to participate in WIT 2017 which was a very formative experience. Seeing the amazing riders that Wellington had to offer, inspired me that much more. We found a beautiful mare for me to pursue the FEI Pony division with, and I spent the last two months of the WIT program getting to know her. In December 2017 I was very fortunate to be able to attend the prestigious German Riding School in Warendorf with a small group of students from the University of Findlay. I was told I am the youngest student they’ve ever had, and it was a true privilege earning my Basispass from that experience. I applied to WIT for a second time for the 2018 season, and competed in my first CDIs with the amazing help of Lendon Gray. Gigi and I are currently working hard in preparation for Nationals this summer, and I am very much looking forward to watching the European Pony Championships in England through D4K! My dressage journey has been so much fun, and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for me.

Thank you!
